Asif's practice integrates his training in – nutrition, yoga, education, herbalism, massage and Ayurveda (panchakarma) - towards a mind-body approach to health and wellness. He is certified in Ayurveda and likes to share his knowledge as an Ayurvedic holistic health practitioner, where through Ayurveda he coaches clients through their stressed condition to health and balance.




Jennifer, Health & Nutrition Coach

Jennifer is a certified holistic health coach whose approach is to bring awareness, knowledge and resources of nutrition, health and lifestyle choices to significantly improve the quality of one’s life. She obtained her certification at the Integrative School of Nutrition in New York City; she also attended classes and studied with Annemarie Colbein at the Natural Gourmet. Jennifer’s health and nutrition coaching programs encompass an integrative approach, ensuring clients maintain a healthy lifestyle to feel more balanced while regaining lost energy and stamina. She will help you learn ways to detox, lose or maintain weight, understanding the keys to maintaining a gluten free diet especially for those with a gluten intolerance or Celiac. Additionally, Jennifer is a yoga teacher and educator who enjoys sharing her knowledge and experience that the benefits of yoga offer when incorporated as a part of one’s everyday life.



Joanna is a Holistic Nutritionist and Certified Nutritional Practitioner (CNP) with a Diploma in Applied Holistic Nutrition from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Vancouver, Canada as well as a teacher, speaker, consultant and coach. Holistic Nutrition is a health care system based on integrating the physical, nutritional, environmental, emotional and spiritual components of someone’s life. It emphasizes personal responsibility and a cooperative relationship between practitioner and client. Emphasis is on working with both diet and lifestyle, while assisting individuals to return to a state of healthy balance and well-being.


Joanna’s expertise covers nutrition, yoga and meditation. Her passion is working with people, and supporting them on their journey in health, greater awareness and compassionate change. Her focus is a mind-body-spirit approach for overall wellness and greater health.


In Bali she created and facilitated Integrative wellness, nutrition and detox programs and events within yoga and fitness for people of all ages from all over the world. She also has individual private clients in a number of countries throughout the world. Working with a Scandinavian corporate coaching company in Copenhagen, her corporate wellness program included nutrition as well as a multi-faceted approach that includes meditation, and yoga as related to work/life balance, professional/personal development, and team building. Her path has taken her from the mountains in Nepal to India, Australia and Bali as well as throughout Europe. She has worked in the USA, Bali & Java Indonesia, Maldives, Hong Kong, France, and Denmark.

Kayla is a certified holistic health and nutrition coach who by surmounting her own obstacles in health through nutrition and yoga, became inspired to share with others in a way that makes a difference in their lives.
